Job summary

The Language Business is seeking a French-speaking International Sales Executive to drive growth in France and other international markets. You will develop new opportunities, manage distributors and key accounts, and deliver revenue against targets.

You will work hybrid from Blackpool, Lancashire, partnering with marketing, operations and customer service to expand export channels and build long-term customer relationships across B2B buyers, governments and industry buyers.

Qualifications

• Fluent French with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proven experience in B2B international sales or business development.
• Experience selling to distributors, importers, wholesalers or key accounts is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and win new export business opportunities.
• Manage relationships with distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, and buying groups.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing with professional buyers.
• Deliver sales growth against agreed targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Develop strategic sales plans for assigned territories.
• Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
• Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
• Manage key accounts and build long-term customer partnerships.
