Language Business is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Executive in Sunderland for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, requiring four days in the office, and focuses on managing a portfolio of business accounts, acting as the main contact for French-speaking customers and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process.

The ideal candidate will have fluent French, strong communication skills, and experience in B2B customer service or order management, with SAP experience

Qualifications

• Fluency in French is essential.
• Experience in B2B customer service or order management is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for business customers.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts.
• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle—from placement to fulfilment.
• Organise and track orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate stock allocation, logistics and DC requirements.
• Provide regular updates to customers and resolve issues proactively.
• Process order changes, cancellations, credits, debits, returns, and value-added services.
