Job summary

Pentland Brands, a global family business behind iconic sport and lifestyle brands, is seeking a Customer Operations Executive in Sunderland on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. You will place and manage orders for designated accounts, drive a seamless customer journey and support timely delivery in line with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Languages: French speaking is required.
• Strong Excel capability.
• Attention to detail.
• Reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience in a customer focused role.
• Experience in administrative duties to raise cancellations, credits, debits, invoicing and orders.
• Stock management and orderbook management skills.
• Experience of interpreting large amounts of data and confident in reporting procedures.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills across all levels of the business.
• Previous Customer Service/Key Account Sales Support experience and/or Sales environment.
• Knowledge of EDI order processing, preferable.
• Knowledge and management of on-line Retailer/distribution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage customer orders for designated accounts.
• Focus on creating a seamless customer journey to place orders.
• Support delivery of orders in line with customer expectations.
• Engage with customers to convert orders and resolve queries.
• Collaborate with supply chain, commercial and credit teams.
• Handle order amendments, cancellations, credits and invoicing.
• Produce regular data analyses on order book and supply chain.
