Job summary

Amazon Freight is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join the EU Commercial Team in the United Kingdom. You will manage and grow the business of existing Amazon Freight shippers while supporting the broader commercial team with sales-related activities.

Responsibilities include handling shipper requests via email/phone, upselling to achieve growth targets, managing many inquiries through CRM, and guiding customers to use self-service tools with excellent first-contact support.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office in a professional environment.
• Fluent in English at C1 level or above.
• Experience in sales/account management or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests of existing shippers via e-mail and phone.
• Upsell existing shippers to reach growth targets.
• Manage high volumes of inbound sales inquiries via email and our CRM software.
• Help customers become acquainted with self-service tools with high first-contact service.
