Job summary

Right Now Group are recruiting for a Freight Administrator to join a fast-paced freight forwarding company based in Egham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to work in a dynamic, international logistics environment.

Full training will be provided, but a proactive, organised approach is essential. Reporting directly to the Head of Air Freight, you will cover travel arrangements, invoicing, CASS queries and post-flight documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role (any sector).
• Strong attention to detail, especially with data entry and document handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Organised and methodical approach to managing tasks and priorities.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive team player with a willingness to learn about freight and logistics.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work professionally with senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support to the Head of Air Freight
• Book flights and make travel arrangements for management
• Assist with post-flighting activities, ensuring accurate documentation and records following shipment departures
• Support with basic invoicing and help manage CASS billing queries
• Maintain internal systems and update shipment information accurately
• Organise, file, and archive documentation for compliance and audit readiness
• Handle email correspondence and assist with reporting or small project tasks as needed
