Job summary

An Air Freight Coordinator in London is sought to join an international logistics team. You'll coordinate shipments through the gateway, manage consignments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering high-quality customer service.

You will work with airlines, handle customs reports, data entry, and KPI-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role offers full-time hours, progression opportunities, and training to develop expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight, freight forwarding or logistics.
• Knowledge of import and export procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicles collecting and delivering consignments from airlines.
• Manage the flow of consignments arriving and departing the gateway.
• Ensure shipments are processed accurately, safely and securely.
• Complete customs reports and operational documentation.
• Raise records within the ETSF and discharge T1s from overnight deliveries.
