Responsibilities

• Learn logistics operations: door-to-door shipments, UK and international transport, imports and exports.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, carriers and logistics partners to manage shipments.
• Organise UK collections and deliveries and ensure on-time performance.
• Support customs documentation and processes for imports/exports.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in internal systems and documentation.
• Assist with hazardous cargo documentation and safe transport.
• Provide daily operational support to the logistics team.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to learn and grow in freight forwarding.
