Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to lead the construction of a new build industrial unit in Northwich. The role is for 40 weeks with a day-rate of £280–£300, reporting to the Project Manager and coordinating with head office.

Candidates must have industrial/new build experience, CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and at least 5 years in site management, plus a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Frequency is paid weekly on Fridays.

Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager for an upcoming new build industrial unit in Northwich. This project is 40 weeks in length total valued at £6 million. Previous industrial new build experience is required for this project.

Job responsibilities of the Freelance Site Manager:

• Oversee construction of new build industrial unit
• Ensure projects are on-time and to client specification.
• Report directly to the Project Manager and liaise with head office.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site daily.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.
• Flexible with which projects you take.

Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:

• Experience working within industrial and new build
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
