Job summary

Kenton Black Limited is seeking a freelance Site Manager for immediate start on new build industrial/logistics units in Greater London. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate external and cladding subcontract packages, and ensure health & safety compliance with RAMS.

Reporting to a Project Manager and visiting Contracts Manager, you must be fully computer literate. Essential qualifications include a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates.

Qualifications

• Proven track record on industrial/logistics new-build schemes.
• Current CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates are mandatory.
• Experience supervising external and cladding subcontract packages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate subcontract packages.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and RAMS are followed.
• Liaise with Project Manager and Contracts Manager on progress.
• Maintain computer-based reporting and site records.

Job description

Regional contractor are looking for a freelance Site Manager for an immediate start with experience working on new build industrial/logistic units but specifically with experience looking after external and cladding subcontract packages. You will be reporting into a Project Manager and a visiting Contracts Manager where main core duties are the daily supervision, coordination of associated subcontract packages, health & safety, RAMS etc, you will also need to be fully computer literate

Proven track record working on industrial/logistic unit schemes will be essential along with a current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates as these will be a mandatory requirement. This role will be running on until circa December 2026
