Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to lead the construction of a new build industrial unit in Northwich. The role is for 40 weeks with a day-rate of £280–£300, reporting to the Project Manager and coordinating with head office.

Candidates must have industrial/new build experience, CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and at least 5 years in site management, plus a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Frequency is paid weekly on Fridays.

Formación

• Industrial/new build site experience required.
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid qualifications required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Site Manager role.
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction of a new build industrial unit on-site.
• Ensure projects run on-time and to client specification.
• Report to the Project Manager and liaise with head office.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors daily on-site.
• Monitor site progress and health & safety compliance.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.
