Job summary

Kenton Black is seeking a freelance Site Manager for an immediate start on new build industrial/logistic units. You will oversee external/cladding subcontract packages and report to a Project Manager and visiting Contracts Manager. The role requires CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and strong computer literacy.

Daily supervision, coordination of subcontract work, and strict health & safety adherence are essential. Contract runs until around December 2026 with on-site duties in Bromley area.

Qualifications

• Experience on new build industrial/logistic units.
• Experience managing external and cladding subcontract packages.
• Must hold CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates.
• Fully computer literate.
• Able to report to Project Manager and visiting Contracts Manager.

Job description

Regional contractor are looking for a freelance Site Manager for an immediate start with experience working on new build industrial/logistic units but specifically with experience looking after external and cladding subcontract packages. You will be reporting into a Project Manager and a visiting Contracts Manager where main core duties are the daily supervision, coordination of associated subcontract packages, health & safety, RAMS etc, you will also need to be fully computer literate
Proven track record working on industrial/logistic unit schemes will be essential along with a current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates as these will be a mandatory requirement. This role will be running on until circa December 2026
