Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of full-time phlebotomy experience.
• Fluent English is required.
• DBS Disclosure of convictions (enhanced, child and adult).
• Full driving license and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Carry out blood tests and domiciliary visits.
• Document blood tests into the patient's medical record.
• Report to the Heim Clinical team and seek advice as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with company protocols and guidelines.
