Job summary

Asda Stores is seeking a Fraud & Executive Relations Support Colleague at Asda House. This permanent, full-time role focuses on acting as a specialist escalation point for frontline fraud, applying expertise in Accertify, fraud workflows, and compliant processes to prevent fraud while protecting customers.

You will manage emotive customer contacts, collaborate with Legal, Claims, Privacy and PR, and drive improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in fraud processes and systems such as Accertify.
• Strong communication skills for frontline escalation and stakeholder updates.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to handle emotive contacts.

Responsibilities

• Act as specialist escalation point for frontline fraud team to prevent fraud and protect customers.
• Escalate and resolve emotive customer contacts across lines of business including white label partners.
• Engage with Legal, Claims, Privacy and PR to address escalations and drive positive business change.
• Navigate multiple systems to support case resolution and maintain accurate updates.
• Meet metrics like First Contact Resolution and Customer Satisfaction.
