Job summary

Asda House in Leeds is seeking a Fraud & Executive Relations Support Colleague. This full-time, permanent role is 37.5 hours weekly with a hybrid working model requiring three days in the office.

You will be the escalation point for frontline fraud and executive relations, combining fraud expertise with a customer‑first approach. You will investigate emotive customer contacts, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and coordinate with Legal, Claims, Privacy and PR to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Experience in fraud or customer-support escalation is required.
• Ability to investigate escalated issues with accuracy and fairness.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate escalated customer contacts with diligence and impartiality.
• Maintain high standards of communication in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage workload and provide timely updates to customers.
• Navigate multiple systems to support issue resolution.
• Engage with key stakeholders to address emotive issues.
• Handle high priority escalations from Legal, Claims, Privacy and PR.
• Assist with professional complaints for Optical / Pharmacy teams.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience.
