Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Loss Prevention Coordinator to help protect our stores and assets from shrink. Based at Asda House, you will analyse loss data, identify patterns and drive improvements across the Loss Prevention function.

This full-time role offers a hybrid working pattern with a minimum of three days in the Home Office and collaborative engagement with central teams and store colleagues. You will deliver training and communications to support process compliance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and effective stakeholder management.
• Confident communicator with ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.
• Understanding of shrink in retail; SQL queries ability is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand causes of unknown loss within Asda stores.
• Identify and implement improvements across the Loss Prevention function.
• Escalate risks and manage plans to mitigate them.
• Provide reporting to senior stakeholders to drive correct action.
• Engage with stores and central teams; deliver Loss Prevention content and training.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with external stakeholders.
