Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems, a division of Cubic Corporation, is seeking a Fraud and Applications Support Analyst to deliver second-line application support across 20+ systems, covering Oracle and MS SQL databases, in a global service environment.

You will perform root cause analysis, incident resolution, and fraud investigations, develop fraud reports, coordinate with remote teams, and help improve processes and SLAs while upholding Cubic’s values and security standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc in IT or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle or MS SQL) and fraud/application support.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Access/Outlook/Word) and handling confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line application support across 20+ apps and databases.
• Perform root cause analysis, incident resolution, and SLA reporting.
• Develop fraud reports and analyze transactions to identify fraud.
• Coordinate with remote teams and other departments to prevent fraud.
• Maintain up-to-date support documents and processes.
