Job summary

Radius is seeking a Fraud Analyst to support our fraud prevention strategy through data analysis and reporting. You will play a key role in monitoring transaction queries and helping to shape education and communication around fraud prevention across the business.

You will work within the Fraud Team to identify trends, assess risks, and respond to suspicious activity. This is a hands-on role that requires collaboration, timely action, and clear communication with management and country sales

Qualifications

• Understanding of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Complete and distribute weekly / monthly reports to map trends and volumes to the management team in relation to fraud and transactional queries.
• Design and implement appropriate fraud prevention education, learning and communication for employees.
• Actively identify new trends, fraudulent activity, or risks to enable effective preventative strategies to be implemented.
• Analyse new customer Drawings looking for potential application fraud.
• Record and query any suspicious activity with each country Sales agent/ Account manager / Credit as required.
• Communicate unusual activity identified with the Head of Fraud and Fraud Team Manager.
• Manage all Fraud Queries ensuring CCTV and/or data requests are achieved in a timely manner, updating the queries progress with the customer.
• Share latest trends with designated Fraud Champions across the business.
• Collaborate with other areas of the business to review processes and mitigate risks.
