Job summary

easyStorage in Maidenhead is seeking an experienced Franchise Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment from first contact to signed agreements. You will generate leads, qualify prospects, run meetings and negotiations, and partner with marketing on targeted campaigns.

You'll work in a hybrid setup between the Maidenhead office and home, building a scalable franchise network while providing a clear, repeatable recruitment process and strong pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise recruitment or multi-unit sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Tech savvy with ability to use new tools for recruitment and data analysis.
• CRM proficiency and deal-curve management.
• Understanding of franchising, contracts, and small business finance.

Responsibilities

• Own franchise recruitment from first contact to signed agreement.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a strong pipeline.
• Run meetings, assessments and negotiations, prepare franchise proposals.
• Host discovery days and partner with marketing on campaigns.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide market feedback.
• Coordinate with operations and legal teams to finalize agreements.
