Job summary

The Travel Franchise is seeking a commercially curious Lead Generation Manager to identify new audiences and develop opportunities to connect aspiring franchisees with our travel franchise ecosystem.

You’ll explore partnerships, referral relationships, and other growth channels, building relationships that open doors and drive scalable franchise inquiries. The role is UK-based with remote/hybrid options and offers a competitive salary plus a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Franchising experience across growth is preferred.
• Broad commercial growth experience across partnerships and new business.
• Proven ability to create opportunities rather than rely on inbound leads.
• Experience developing partnerships with measurable commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new audiences and routes to prospective franchisees.
• Build strategic partnerships and commercial relationships that generate new opportunities.
• Proactively approach organisations, communities, networks and potential partners.
• Develop referral, affiliate and other mutually beneficial lead‑generation relationships.
• Explore new channels and test ideas rather than relying solely on established sources of demand.
• Work with the sales team to understand lead quality, conversion and opportunities.
• Turn initiatives into repeatable and scalable sources of franchise enquiries.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of potential partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Track performance and use commercial insight to determine where to focus time and investment.
• Represent The Travel Franchise confidently with prospective partners and networks.
• Continually look beyond current activity to identify next growth opportunities.
