Liberty Towers in London is seeking a Franchise & Advisor Sales Manager to grow its national network by attracting and onboarding franchise partners and business advisors.

You will own the candidate journey from initial enquiry to onboarding, combining relationship-building with consultative sales and working with senior leadership on growth initiatives. Modern Mayfair offices and a performance-based bonus await.

Competenze

• Experience in franchise sales, recruitment, business development, consultative sales or relationship management.
• Ability to engage, influence and build credibility with senior professionals and business owners.
• Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and delivering against conversion targets.
• Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot would be advantageous.
