Job summary

The Travel Franchise is seeking a commercially driven Lead Generation Manager to identify new growth opportunities, build relationships and connect ambitious people with our travel franchise offering. You’ll explore partnerships, referrals, events and communities to create scalable sources of franchise enquiries.

You’ll work with an experienced sales team, joining a growth-minded franchise business that values experimentation, multi-channel outreach and strategic thinking.

• Identify and develop new audiences and routes to prospective franchisees.

• Develop referral, affiliate and other mutually beneficial lead‑generation relationships.
• Explore new channels and test ideas rather than relying solely on established sources of demand.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality, conversion and where the strongest opportunities are coming from.
• Turn successful initiatives into repeatable and scalable sources of franchise enquiries.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of potential partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Track performance and use commercial insight to determine where to focus time and investment.
• Represent The Travel Franchise confidently with prospective partners and wider networks.
• Continually look beyond what we’re already doing to identify the next opportunity for growth.
