• Essential Proven experience in a telesales, sales, business development, or franchise recruitment environment.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing prospects through a consultative sales process.
• Experience building relationships and influencing decision-making.
• Desirable Experience within the franchise sector.
• Experience presenting commercial opportunities and financial information to prospective business owners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective franchisees through outbound and inbound sales activity.
• Promote franchise opportunities across Neighbourly brands.
• Assess suitability of prospects against recruitment criteria.
• Manage prospects through full sales cycle to franchise agreement.
• Maintain regular communication and build relationships with prospects throughout recruitment journey.
• Achieve or exceed franchise recruitment and conversion targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support growth.
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via multiple channels.
• Ensure prospects have accurate, timely information for informed decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date prospect records in CRM and sales systems.
• Support franchise territory sales and resale opportunities across the UK.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations communicating franchise value.
