Job summary

YO! Sushi is seeking a Franchise Governance & Compliance Manager at Wonderfield Operations - Head Office in Preston. You will oversee franchise governance, compliance and contractual processes across the network, managing partner relationships and complex disputes.

The role focuses on ensuring regulatory adherence and operational standards across multiple markets. The role drives process improvements, CRM usage, documentation and automation to reduce risk while enabling sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise management, compliance, legal governance or multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance and dispute resolution.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident drafting formal correspondence, contractual notices and legal documentation.
