YO! Sushi UK Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Franchise Governance & Compliance Manager. You will oversee franchise governance, compliance, and contractual processes across the network, managing partner relationships on disputes, entity changes, breaches, and exits to protect brand standards.

The role leads continuous improvement of processes, documentation, CRM systems, and automation to drive efficiency, risk management and sustainable growth. 40-hour week, full-time, based in Manchester.

Competenze

• Experience in franchise governance, compliance or multi-site operations.
• Strong contracts, compliance and dispute resolution knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Confident drafting formal notices and legal documentation.
• Highly organized with strong case management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and process automation.
