Job summary

YO! Sushi is seeking a Franchise Governance & Compliance Manager for Wonderfield Operations – Head Office. The role contracts full-time hours and oversees governance, compliance and contractual matters across the franchise network.

You will manage partner relations on disputes and exits, drive process improvements, and enhance CRM and automation to support sustainable growth across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise management, compliance or multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance and dispute resolution.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee franchise governance, compliance and contractual processes across the network.
• Manage franchise partner relationships on disputes, breaches and exits.
