Job summary

YO! Sushi is seeking a Franchise Governance & Compliance Manager to oversee governance, compliance and contractual processes across our UK network. You will manage franchise partner matters including disputes, breaches and exits, while driving continuous improvement of processes and CRM usage.

Leading cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Legal, Finance and HR, you will balance business needs with regulatory compliance and risk management to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise management, compliance or multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance and dispute resolution.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident drafting formal correspondence and legal docs.
• Organised, analytical and detail-focused with case management skills.
• Experience improving processes, controls and operational efficiency.
• Confident using CRM systems, automation and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee franchise governance, compliance and contractual processes across the network.
• Manage franchise partner relationships on disputes, breaches and exits.
• Lead continuous improvement of franchise processes, documentation, CRM systems and automation initiatives.
• Drive efficiency, risk management and sustainable network growth.
