Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in sales, high-value business development, or recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline and convert opportunities.
• Understanding SMEs and entrepreneurial motivations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the franchise and advisor recruitment pipeline from enquiry to onboarding.
• Identify and approach prospective franchise partners and commercial advisors.
• Assess candidates’ experience, ambitions and fit for the opportunity.
• Present the brand and proposition through meetings and webinars.
