Liberty Towers in London is seeking a Deal Analyst & Transaction Support Manager to join our growing team. You will support transactions from onboarding through due diligence and completion, working closely with senior deal professionals and the Managing Director.

The role combines financial analysis, data room management and document preparation, offering a hands-on path into M&A and corporate finance with real exposure to live deals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and project-management ability.
• Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding calls with new clients and prepare businesses for sale.
• Review and analyse company financial statements; support valuations and financial analyses.
• Create, structure and manage Virtual Data Rooms for live transactions.
• Support deal execution, due diligence and milestone tracking.
• Develop standardized transaction workflows, templates and due diligence documents.
• Provide training and onboarding support to new team members.
