Job summary

The Travel Franchise seeks a commercially curious Franchise Development Manager to identify and build new opportunities that connect ambitious people with their own travel franchise. UK-based, remote/hybrid with Bournemouth preference, salary DOE + bonus, permanent full-time role in Travel, Franchising, Entrepreneurship.

You’ll drive growth by creating new channels, partnerships, and networks, working with an experienced sales team to convert opportunities and expand reach across markets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should understand franchising and what motivates someone to explore franchise ownership.
• Experience across growth, partnerships and lead generation is important.
• Comfort with creating new opportunities across multiple routes or channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new audiences and routes to prospective franchisees.
• Build strategic partnerships and commercial relationships that generate new opportunities.
• Proactively approach organisations, communities, networks and potential partners.
• Develop referral, affiliate and lead-generation relationships.
• Explore new channels and test ideas rather than relying on established sources of demand.
• Work with the sales team to understand lead quality and conversion.
• Turn successful initiatives into repeatable and scalable sources of franchise enquiries.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of potential partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Track performance and use insights to focus time and investment.
• Represent The Travel Franchise confidently with prospective partners and networks.
