Job summary

Liberty Towers is seeking a Deal Analyst & Transaction Support Manager to join our London team. The role focuses on supporting transactions from onboarding through due diligence and completion, acting as a central point across multiple deals.

You will work with senior deal professionals and the Managing Director, handling onboarding, financial analysis, data room management and documentation, with a view to long-term growth in M&A and private markets.

Qualifications

A degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organisational and project-management ability.
Confidence with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM systems and other tech.
Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.
Professional approach when dealing with clients and external advisers.

Responsibilities

Onboard clients and coordinate preparation of businesses for sale.
Support transaction documentation creation and amendments.
Analyze financial statements and assist with valuations and adjustments.
Build financial models and assist with working capital and net debt calculations.
Manage Virtual Data Rooms and information requests for live transactions.
Support deal professionals through due diligence and deal execution.
Develop standardised transaction workflows and templates and assist training.
