Job summary

Liberty Towers in London is seeking a highly organised Deal Analyst & Transaction Support Manager to join our growing M&A advisory team. You will support transactions from client onboarding through due diligence to completion.

You will coordinate onboarding, prepare documentation, build financial models, conduct financial analysis, and manage virtual data rooms, while liaising with clients, advisers and senior deal professionals.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational and project-management ability.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and coordinate kickoff calls.
• Prepare businesses for the sale process and manage transaction docs.
• Support financial analysis, valuations and build financial models as needed.
• Assist with working capital, WIP and net debt calculations during due diligence and negotiations.
• Manage Virtual Data Rooms and ensure accurate documentation and version control.
