Job summary

Amey Ltd is seeking a permanent Framework Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of one or more Engineering frameworks within our Consulting Highways team. The role is hybrid with a Glasgow office.

You will own the framework P&L, manage client relationships, and coordinate opportunities, qualification, and governance across multi-stakeholder groups. Experience with public-sector frameworks and complex delivery environments is valued; Amey offers development opportunities and a supportive

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to facilitate structured qualification discussions.
• Confidence operating across multiple senior stakeholder groups.
• Ability to apply judgement under pressure while avoiding escalation.
• Experience balancing competing demands in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single operational point of contact for the framework and client engagement.
• Manage Framework P&L and drive target revenue and margin.
• Own and maintain the Framework Management Plan.
• Ensure governance is applied consistently and proportionately.
• Monitor framework health and escalate issues early.
• Monitor upcoming opportunities and qualification thresholds.
• Coordinate decisions with the Framework Director as needed.
• Interface with framework authorities and cross-functional teams.
• Support mobilisation readiness for approved opportunities.
• Identify pressure points and risks and address them appropriately.
