Job summary

Ground Control is seeking an experienced Framework Lead to deliver a major multi-regional programme across Manchester, Midlands and East Anglia. You will own framework delivery, shape regional plans, and lead multi-disciplinary teams with senior client stakeholders.

Lead budgets, P&L, forecasting and contract performance while maintaining safety, RAMS and compliance across projects, delivering high-impact outcomes for schools and communities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' construction industry experience, including senior management.
• Experience in multi-site programme delivery.
• Experience with public-sector/framework clients, KPI/SLA management.
• Experience delivering as Principal Contractor through to practical completion.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, including framework contracts, forecasts and CVRs.
• Confident leadership and communication, able to influence multidisciplinary teams without direct line management.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate consent requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead framework and regional project delivery across multiple regions.
• Coordinate regional teams and manage resources around school operations and holiday periods.
• Manage client relationships and framework performance, leading meetings and monitoring KPIs, SLAs and delivery performance.
• Take commercial ownership including P&L, budgets, forecasting, CVRs, pricing and contract performance.
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance, RAMS, site inspections and safeguarding across all framework projects.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardising processes and sharing lessons learned to improve efficiency and quality.
