Job summary

Amey is seeking a Framework Manager to lead our Consulting Highways team in Cardiff on a hybrid basis. You will guide project management teams, supervise operations, and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects. The role requires strong leadership for budgets, schedules and client engagement.

Ideally you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree with APM membership and ChPP status. You will apply project management theory to complex scenarios and manage multidisciplinary interfaces for

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in an appropriate subject.
• Full membership of the Association for Project Management (APM).
• Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) status with the APM.
• Applies project management theory to complex situations and adapts concepts to reach the correct outcome.
• Demonstrates full understanding of the project scope and can lead projects.
• Experience with project management tools and ensuring quality, cost and programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project management team, guiding and supervising as appropriate.
• Prepare and check project information enabling Amey Consulting to deliver to quality, cost and programme.
• Control budgets and manage costs associated with project deliverables.
• Liaise with client and supplier representatives; present proposals.
• Contribute to bids and win work; prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Act as people manager when required by the business.
