Ground Control is seeking an experienced Framework Lead to deliver a major multi-regional programme across Manchester, Midlands and East Anglia. You will own framework delivery, shape regional plans, and lead multi-disciplinary teams with senior client stakeholders.
Lead budgets, P&L, forecasting and contract performance while maintaining safety, RAMS and compliance across projects, delivering high-impact outcomes for schools and communities.
Ground Control is looking for an experienced Framework Lead to oversee a brand new contract we have acquired across the Manchester and Midlands to East Anglia areas. This is an opportunity to lead a multi-regional programme that makes a meaningful difference, helping schools become more resilient to flooding and protecting the environments where children learn and communities come together. If you're motivated by taking ownership, leading complex programmes and seeing the lasting impact of your work, this is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership with projects that have a genuine purpose. Why this role? Make a lasting difference to schools and communities - You'll play a leading role in delivering flood resilience improvements that help protect school buildings, pupils and staff. You'll have the satisfaction of knowing your work contributes to safer learning environments and helps communities prepare for future flooding. Take ownership of a major framework - You'll have responsibility for delivery across the Midlands & East Anglia, influencing how projects are planned, managed and delivered across multiple regions. It's an opportunity to take real ownership, make important decisions and see the direct results of your leadership across the programme. Lead and influence regional teams - You'll work with Construction Managers, Site Managers, surveyors and operational teams across different regions. You'll have the opportunity to bring people together, share expertise and create a consistent approach to delivering successful projects, even without direct line management responsibility. Shape commercial and operational success - You'll take responsibility for framework performance, budgets and commercial outcomes while identifying opportunities for improvement and future growth. Your decisions will directly influence the success of the framework and help strengthen Ground Control's long-term relationship. Develop your leadership and framework expertise - You'll combine strategic oversight with hands-on regional project delivery, gaining exposure to major public-sector client relationships, commercial management and multi-regional operations. It's an opportunity to strengthen your experience and play an influential role in the continued growth of Ground Control's construction business.
As Framework Lead, you'll have the opportunity to shape the delivery of a major public‑sector programme, build strong client relationships and lead improvements that help schools become more resilient to flooding. You'll be part of a collaborative team where your leadership, commercial expertise and ability to deliver successful projects are recognised and valued. If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, influence major programmes and contribute to projects with lasting purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for an experienced construction leader who combines strong project delivery skills with commercial awareness and the confidence to manage senior client relationships.
