• Proven experience as a Project Manager on structural frame projects.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify variations and opportunities.
• Excellent understanding of frame sequencing and construction methodology.
• Experience with flying tables on large frame packages.
• Experience coordinating projects involving two tower cranes.
• Strong programme management skills and ability to drive schedule.
• Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management capability.
• Solid understanding of drawings, programmes and specifications.

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of the structural frame package from start to completion.
• Manage sequencing and programme across the frame.
• Coordinate flying tables, two-crane operations and site logistics.
• Work with the commercial team to identify, manage and maximise variations and changes.
• Ensure variations, changes and extra works are captured and tracked.
• Monitor costs and commercial performance throughout the project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and consultants.
• Monitor progress against programme and escalate issues early.
• Manage technical queries, design coordination and construction issues.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to required quality.
• Attend progress meetings and provide clear project updates.
• Identify potential problems before they impact schedule or cost.
• Drive the project forward to achieve key milestones.
