Job summary

Glanville Environmental is seeking an experienced Framework Manager to lead engagement with South West Water across its framework agreements and delivery programmes. Based predominantly in Exeter, the role demands strategic leadership, relationship management, and a clear focus on commercial performance.

The successful candidate will coordinate across operational, commercial and leadership teams to maximise performance, identify opportunities, and support long-term partnership growth within AMP8

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships within utilities, infrastructure, engineering or environmental services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of framework-based contracts.
• Experience working closely with operational delivery teams.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to communicate strategically, build trusted rapport and influence effectively with Senior Leadership Team members.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal day-to-day contact for South West Water across all Glanville Environmental framework activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication between client representatives and Glanville's teams.
• Build trust and confidence through proactive engagement and professional representation of the business.
• Attend client meetings and performance reviews to oversee framework activities.
