Hamilton Woods Group is recruiting an FP&A Manager in Leeds, with hybrid working (2 days per week in the office). You will lead a team of five Finance Business Partners, owning budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and financial modelling to support senior leadership.

This is part of a finance transformation, delivering proactive insights and value-added analysis. The role requires a strong FP&A background, ability to influence stakeholders, and a forward-looking, commercially focused

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Extensive experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and long-term modelling.
• Strong understanding of scenario planning, risk and strategic business planning.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders with business cases and decision-making.
• Collaborative leadership and coaching mindset.
• Ability to lead through change and improve processes.
• Proactive, forward-looking mindset influencing stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of five Finance Business Partners, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own and coordinate the annual budgeting process, ensuring robust financial plans aligned with organisational objectives.
• Lead monthly financial monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis, maintaining a strong focus on future performance and emerging risks.
• Oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of the organisation's 30-year business plan.
• Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis and business case support to directors and the executive leadership team.
• Strengthen the quality of financial insight and business partnering, helping stakeholders make informed strategic and commercial decisions.
• Work closely with Treasury and Management Accounts to ensure an integrated approach to financial planning and performance management.
• Support the ongoing finance transformation, helping embed new systems, processes and improved ways of working.
• Drive the evolution of FP&A away from predominantly historical reporting towards proactive forecasting, strategic analysis and value-added activity.
• Coach and mentor team members, supporting their professional development and the overall effectiveness of the function.
