The CFO HQ in Leeds is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead its FP&A function and a team of five Finance Business Partners. You will own budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and financial modelling to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Extensive experience across financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial modelling.
• Strong understanding of scenario planning, financial risk and strategic business planning.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, commercially relevant insights.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders with business cases and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of five Finance Business Partners, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Own and coordinate the annual budgeting process with robust financial plans.
• Lead monthly monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis focusing on future performance and risks.
• Oversee development and maintenance of the organisation's 30-year business plan.
• Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis and business case support to directors and the executive team.
• Drive FP&A transformation towards proactive forecasting and value-added analysis.
