Capital One in Nottingham is seeking an FP&A analyst to own our Python-based forecasting model, deliver insightful analyses, and partner with UK and US finance teams. The role focuses on performance reporting, data-driven insights, and process improvements across a hybrid Nottingham-based team.

You will work with OneStream, Snowflake and Workday data while collaborating with stakeholders to support monthly reviews and annual budgets. The role emphasizes automation and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Strong analytical capability to tell a clear story from data.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Familiarity with Python and SQL preferred.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate insights.

• Own the refresh of the forecasting model and run scenarios for leadership.
• Synthesize financial and non-financial data to inform decisions.
• Develop reporting to monitor performance against targets and budgets.
• Support monthly financial reviews, annual budgets, and related reporting.
