Capital One UK in Nottingham is seeking an FP&A Analyst to partner with the Tech Finance team, driving monthly outlooks, budgets, and financial insights. You will interact with senior stakeholders, own reporting, and support project work while developing your accounting qualifications with company support.

The role offers a hybrid hybrid-work model in the Nottingham office, with exposure to the Head of FP&A and UK CFO, a collaborative team, and opportunities to influence business decisions.

Formación

• No prior Tech experience required; working towards an accounting qualification is encouraged.
• Exposure to senior stakeholders, and ownership of relationships, reporting, budgeting, and outlook preparation for the Tech area.
• Support financial decision making with guidance from the manager and collaboration with Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Synthesize and simplify financial and non-financial data
• Develop strong business relationships with Finance to incorporate business context
• Partner with key stakeholders to produce monthly outlook and annual budget reports and communicate risks/opportunities
• Ensure all month-end activity is completed accurately and on time
• Monthly reporting, variance analysis, commentary, outlooks, journals
• Streamline monthly processes and pursue efficiency through automation
• Collaborate with senior FP&A managers on high-impact cross-department projects
• Build repeatable, long-term solutions using tools like OneStream and Google Sheets
