Job summary

Propel Holdings UK Limited in Nottingham is seeking an FP&A Manager to deliver high-quality financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting and decision support across the business. You will partner with senior leaders to translate activity into clear financial insights, challenge assumptions and support resource allocation.

The role requires ACCA/CIMA qualification (or QBE), 5+ years in FP&A or commercial finance, strong Excel and financial modelling skills, and experience partnering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting experience.
• Experience owning and developing a financial forecast model.
• Strong Excel, financial modelling and variance analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated forecast model with accurate drivers and outputs.
• Produce concise management reporting, variance analysis and KPI insight.
• Present recommendations on performance, risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Build scenarios and business cases for commercial and strategic decisions.
• Improve model usability, data quality and automation and maintain controls over models and planning assumptions.
