Capital One Europe is seeking a Forecasting Lead - Principal Associate to manage a team responsible for demand forecasting across Customer Operations in a hybrid Nottingham-based role. You will lead production of forecasts, contribute to budgets and outlook refreshes with Finance, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve forecast accuracy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, and the organization supports flexible working arrangements with core office days.

Qualifications

• Experience producing forecasts in an operational environment to deadlines.
• Experience coaching and managing a small team to maintain engagement and service.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to produce forecasts across operations.
• Produce medium- and long-term forecasts for critical contact centre processes and back-office operations.
• Support budget creation and outlook refreshes with Finance using volume insights.
• Provide data-driven advice using planning data, models and insights.
• Communicate capacity plan outputs clearly to stakeholders.
• Improve forecast quality by reviewing tools, models and processes.
