Capital One UK in Nottingham is seeking an experienced FP&A Senior Analyst for a fixed-term contract. You will support senior leadership with portfolio insight, run dynamic financial models, and deliver actionable analysis for decision-making, while engaging stakeholders across the finance function.

This FTC role is hybrid: three in-office days (Tue–Thu) and two days remote. The Nottingham office includes an on-site gym, restaurant and Learning Loft.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with P&L, balance sheets and variance analysis.

Responsabilités

• Synthesising and simplifying financial data for senior leadership.
• Developing dynamic financial models and scenario analyses for strategic investments.
• Supporting investment pitches and long-term forecasts.
• Handling ad hoc requests from leadership and ensuring timely reporting.
• Contributing to Monthly Financials Review and other reporting.
• Pushing process improvements within FP&A and finance operations.
