Odin is hiring a senior software engineer to own significant parts of the product and ship the things customers feel most. You'll work on a regulated platform moving money across jurisdictions, so the work must be right and fast.

Our stack is Go, and we value architectural judgement and a serious AI practice. This role can be London hybrid (three days in the office) or remote from elsewhere in Europe with quarterly trips to London.

Qualifications

• Built and run non-trivial production systems.
• Strong architectural judgement; own system structure and patterns.
• A serious AI practice; explain impact of AI on development.

Responsibilities

• Own significant parts of the product and ship what customers feel most.
• Shape engineering work and review quality; set high standards.
• Lead design decisions in a regulated multi-jurisdiction environment; collaborate across teams.
