Job summary

Odin, London-based, is hiring for an Investor Experience role focused on owners of deals from pre-close to ongoing reporting. You will be the face for angels, VCs, GPs, LPs and founders, handling inbound questions with judgment and escalating only when needed.

You will identify root causes to reduce ticket volumes and work with Product to improve the customer experience. We value clear communication, high ownership, and a startup mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a relationship-driven role.
• Direct experience in VC, private equity, finance, or a regulated environment is a strong plus.
• You communicate clearly and build trust with customers under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end experience for customers across the full deal lifecycle: pre-close, closing, post-close and ongoing reporting.
• Be the primary respondent for inbound questions with authority to move deals forward and resolve hard cases without escalation.
• Triage requests by urgency, risk, and impact; route to Product, Ops or Compliance as needed.
• Aim to reduce ticket volume by identifying root causes and feeding back to Product with clear patterns.
• Advocate for the customer until issues are fixed and close the loop with stakeholders.
• Set the tone and standards for Odin’s customer-facing interactions and help the team raise the bar.
