Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Able to ship production‑quality features across the stack.
• Enjoy learning complex domains and turning them into simple, maintainable product experiences.
• Care about clean, tested, readable code and thoughtful collaboration.
• Curious about equity and financial workflows and their impact on companies and employees.
• Willing to grow technical judgement through code reviews, pairing, and architecture discussions.
• Take ownership of work and seek input when trade-offs are unclear.
