Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior engineer to own significant parts of Odin’s full-stack private investment infrastructure product, building customer-facing features for a regulated platform moving money across multiple jurisdictions. You will make architectural decisions, establish engineering quality standards, and rethink AI-powered development workflows to improve delivery and compliance.

You will participate in system design interviews and a paid trial day during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running non-trivial production systems.
• Strong architectural judgement.
• Ability to own system structure, patterns and technical decisions.
• Experience or demonstrated practice using AI to change software development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own significant parts of Odin’s full-stack private investment infrastructure product.
• Build and ship customer-facing features for a regulated platform moving money across multiple jurisdictions.
• Make architectural decisions about systems and code, including LLM-generated code.
• Establish engineering quality standards through implementation and code review.
• Rethink and improve engineering workflows around AI.
• Participate in system design interviews and a paid trial day during the hiring process.
• Work either in London on a hybrid basis or remotely elsewhere in Europe with quarterly trips to London.
