Job summary

Odin is building the future of private markets from London, seeking a Founding Growth Lead to design and scale Odin’s growth engine. You’ll build repeatable loops, drive inbound and outbound pipelines, and own the metrics that turn prospects into MQLs for the sales team.

This is a founder-level, high-autonomy role requiring strong commercial instinct, product-mindedness and systems thinking. You’ll work closely with founders and product to move fast and own outcomes.

Qualifications

• High-agency operator with strong commercial instinct, product-mindedness and systems thinking.
• Owns uncertainty and thrives in ambiguity.
• Comfort running complex sales and marketing systems; ability to diagnose and improve quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale Odin’s Growth engine; build repeatable, scalable growth loops.
• Generate high-quality MQLs for the sales team using modern GTM tooling and marketing automation.
• Experiment with product-led growth and growth hacking; collaborate with agencies and the wider team.
