Job summary

White Circle, an AI Safety company, seeks a GTM Automation Engineer to streamline commercial processes and empower the sales team to close more deals. You will design systems to acquire, nurture, and retain customers, own the CRM, and build internal tools and integrations.

We look for 2+ years in GTM engineering or RevOps, with Python/SQL skills and experience building scalable outbound engines. Equity offered plus hardware and team off-sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM engineering or growth automation
• Experience designing and scaling systems in high-growth environments
• Hands-on with modern GTM tooling (Claude Code, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, n8n)
• Python or SQL to access data, APIs, and enrichment logic
• Strong focus on top-of-funnel and pipeline generation
• Analytical mindset with ability to design tests and iterate

Responsibilities

• Automate low-value work in the commercial process to free time for closing deals
• Design and build systems to acquire, find, and retain customers (outbound and inbound)
• Own the CRM ensuring data is clean, structured, and reliable
• Build internal tools, API integrations, and automation logic
• Shape the playbook: what to build, how it fits, and how it scales
• Design and deploy AI agents across GTM motions (research, outreach, etc)
• Integrate into operational systems to change team workflow
• Define the GTM data model (accounts, contacts, opportunities)
